At Sneaker Junky, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren’t the perfect fit, don’t worry — we’ve made returns and exchanges simple and hassle-free.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the shoes must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in the original box or packaging with all labels and tags intact. Please ensure you try your shoes on indoors to avoid any wear marks.
To initiate a return or exchange, simply email us at info@sneakerjunky.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with the return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item received.
Once we receive and inspect your returned shoes, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method. If you’d prefer an exchange — whether for a different size, color, or style — let us know, and we’ll send out the replacement as soon as your return is received.
Items marked as Final Sale, customized shoes, or gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
